the performance and development roadmap provides the structure and systems to create alignment between one’s individual work and our company goals, provide feedback through 1:1s and contribution summary / assessment discussions, and create development plans which meet the needs of employees and the company.
we use the kornferry / lominger competency model to provide the substance for meaningful position descriptions and development plans. our development planning process uses the 70:20:10 approach to enhance adult learning.
in 2015, we introduced my-roadmap, an integrated online talent management system to enable the performance and development roadmap execution in ten languages throughout international paper
